International Shipping Policy – Customs Responsibility

The RCBC is not responsible for ensuring that seeds successfully pass through customs in the destination country. We will provide, upon request and with the appropriate associated payment, the necessary phytosanitary permit certification and required documentation to facilitate the legal export of seeds from the United States. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have all necessary permits, import documentation, and approvals required by their country’s customs authorities to receive their order.

We strongly encourage international customers to verify their country’s import regulations before placing an order. The RCBC cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders that are delayed, held, damaged, or denied entry by customs.
