Return Policy – Seed Viability and Responsibility

At the RCBC, we are committed to providing high-quality seeds and ensuring their viability before distribution. Our seeds undergo rigorous vim and vigor testing, and we only distribute seeds with germination rates greater than 88%.

Customers are responsible for maintaining seed viability by storing seeds in a cool, dry environment, safe from environmental hazards such as excessive heat, moisture, and contamination. The RCBC is not responsible for any conditions during transit or upon arrival that may negatively impact seed viability or reduce germination rates, including but not limited to improper handling, storage, or environmental exposure.

Due to the nature of our products and the many factors that can influence germination outside of our control, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on seeds. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we will do our best to assist you.
